This Skills series is a simple guide to 3 inversions, Crow pose (Bakasana), Headstand (Sirsasana) and Tripod Headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana). Time to shake things up and go against the grain by finding yourself upside down, although please sit this out if you have any neck injuries, high blood pressure or any medical reasons you may be worried about.

Throughout this series you will learn the basic elements to safely experiencing beginners inversions, you are required to follow and listen to your bodies and your limits throughout this series.
